Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation

The Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation is the Western Australian Government's lead agency for economic development.

The Department is focused on the attraction of defence, marine, oil and gas, and resource companies and projects to the precinct and plays a strategic role in infrastructure planning at Henderson and elsewhere in the State.

LandCorp (The Western Australian Land Authority)

LandCorp, responsible to the Minister for Lands, is the Western Australian Government’s land and property developer and is responsible for the overall management of the AMC.

LandCorp, which is the trading name of the Western Australian Land Authority, provides infrastructure and land development services across the state.

It develops land for the social and economic needs of the community, while taking into account environmental outcomes.
LandCorp ensures the land needs of Western Australia are met through the delivery of sufficient heavy, special and general industrial land to support the continued economic development of the State.

In the context of the AMC, LandCorp makes common use infrastructure and industrial land available to industry and contributes to strategic land use planning for the complex.

AMC Management (WA) Pty Ltd

AMC Management (WA) Pty Ltd (AMCM) is a wholly-owned Western Australian asset management company.

It has been selected by LandCorp, the Government agency responsible for the overall management of the AMC, to be the facility manager of the Common User Facility (CUF).

In effect, AMCM acts as the agent of LandCorp in managing the CUF.

AMCM also works with the WA State Government (through the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation) to market the facility to national and international groups involved in the defence, marine, oil and gas, and resource sectors, and to coordinate activities among the various users on site.
